INVOICE Pro 1 is an easy to use software system typically used by SMEs for invoicing. It will create your sales tickets (invoice) for your customers. Once you have created the sales ticket you can then record payments either as 'part paid' or fully paid. It's an extremely easy yet powerful system designed to get you invoicing ASAP
INVOICE Pro 1 will record the sales transactions of the items being purchased, services being provided, or a combination of both. It will also record any payments you receive. You can run a customers account from Invoice Pro 1, setting both credit limits , credit terms and viewing all unpaid invoices. If you need to send a form of reminder then this can be done. Reminders can be sent via SMS, email or letter. When it comes to analaising your invoicing and items sold, Invoice Pro 1 will within a few clicks of the mouse provide this.
Invoice Pro 1 has inbuilt security which will allow the administrator to create individual user accounts (these are for your staff) which are used to login to Invoice Pro 1, the administrator can set which privileges each user has. Alternatively you can turn off all the security.
INVOICE Pro 1 will divide up the items you sell into 3 main categories, these are 'services' you provide and 'products' you sell, there is also a third called 'Others' So if you are a small business that provides both labour (a service) and products then Invoice Pro 1 will display these in separate parts of the invoice.
On creating a customer you can send an SMS welcome message via Bulk SMS. The system is already pre configured with defaults so all you need is the Bulk SMS user name and password and you are good to go. SMS Messages typically cost 5-6 pence per message to send.
Invoice Pro 1 comes with a Business Management section which will easily provide the information your business needs to see how it's performing. You can view a Customers Account - send a statment, set credit terms and set a credit limit. You can also turn the 'Prevent Credit Excess' on, with this turned on your staff will not be able to add an item to an invoce if this item takes a Customer over their set credit limit.
Invoice Pro 1, also has an inbuild security system allowing the owner to set areas that can be accessed or not by individual users. This can be used or not depending on your business needs.
Yes you can. Either to all your customers or just the ones with negative balances. You can email these statements (internet required), or print out. Within Invoice Pro 1, you can set customer credit levels, credit terms. You can also set Invoice Pro 1 to prevent items being added to an invoice if it takes that Customer over their agreed credit limit.
The items you provide are divided up into 3 main categories - Services you provide Products you sell and a further 'Others' category. Should you wish you can then further sub divide items into other groups. This is particularity useful if you have a lot of 'Items' which you can then add to groups for easier searching when adding to the invoice.
You can choose to display the invoice either with 'Items' grouped into the 3 manin categories or as a single list.
Invoice Pro 1 within the Business Management screen can then show you all items you have sold, providing you with information to which Invoice No it was sold to and at what date and time.
Yes you can, over a Local Area Network (LAN). This is typically a network within a single business premise connected by cable or wireless. You will need to obtain an additional PC licence for each PC you wish to install Invoice Pro 1 on.
INVOICE Pro 1 can also be used as a 'Cloud' solution - for the cloud solution you will need at least Windows Server 2008 R2 and a static IP address. Your users would then typically login using a RDP file. Users can be located anywhere in the world and need only Windows 7, 8 , 10 or 11 and an internet connection.

When it comes to Sales Tax you can set an unlimited number of Tax Names and allocate up to 5 sub tax names (City, State, etc) and percentages for each of these Tax Names. Taxing of 'Items' can be set so that you can charge Sales tax according to your Customers Location (Inter State). However most businesses will set the Sales Tax for their home Tax jurisdiction.
A Forever licence means that you can continue to use the software 'forever' without any further payments or annual payments. You can move your licence from one PC to another PC by using the supplied 'Transfer' utility - this will move the licence from your old PC to the new PC. This can be done without any help from us.
